1950's Slingerland Gene Krupa Radio King Snare Drum

Here is a very nice example of a Slingerland Gene Krupa Radio King. Although Gene played a whie marine pearl, this is the model listed in the catalog. Actually called "Krupa Model Radio King" as you can see this has the 3-point strainer and stick chopper hoops. You will notice a darker section on one panel near the strainer. Could be natural or someone may have over-buffed that section.
