A
sunny afternoon in the Bloemstraat in working
class quarter ‘the Jordaan’
in Amsterdam. In the background the famous
Westertoren ‘Wester Tower’)
with it’s carillon. Front left the
three basements, nr. 66, 64 and 62.

there in their apartments! Notice that Looise
and Vogel often worked until ten ‘o
clock in the evening!
