Item # P14-24
Thanks for your interest in Puresound Wires for your Vintage Gretsch
Snare Drum. This strainer is called the Micro-sensitive and was used
from around 1950-1969. Other versions are not as common, but they all
can have our 24 strand wires installed. It was common for Gretsch to
use wider snares on drums of that era. It is just a matter of passing
the Puresound snare wire through the strainer and butt side and then
you have the option of tying it or not once they are installed.
